Are your products Natural?
The division between Naturals and Synthetics is artificial and unfortunately misinformation runs deep within the perfume industry.
Green Washing has led many consumers to believe that Natural = Safe and High Quality while Synthetic = Toxic and Low Quality. When in reality it’s much more nuanced.
Naturals are made up of hundreds of molecules, some of which can be carcinogens, skin irritants and allergens which can make them highly restricted materials. Synthetics are compounded and synthesized in a lab to isolate single molecules that perfumers can use as building blocks to create new scents, making them much less likely to cause skin irritation and allergic reactions.
You won’t find any Green Washing here which is why you’ll see the phrase “Made with a mixture of Natural and Synthetic ingredients in compliance with IFRA standards and guidelines” all over our website.
Are your products Vegan/Cruelty Free?
Yes! The Midnight Visions Perfumes are 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free! With regulations being what they are today, most modern perfumes are Vegan by default. When sourcing materials we make sure that we are purchasing from suppliers that practice sustainable and cruelty free processes. We do not work with any materials extracted from or tested on animals.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we are not able to accommodate returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there are any issues with your order like receiving a defective sprayer, broken bottle or the wrong product please contact us immediately!
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately as a one person team based in the United States of America we cannot accommodate international shipping at this time. If you are outside of the US and willing to pay for additional shipping or customs fees, reach out to us using the contact form and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you make custom perfumes?
No. The process of creating a perfume is long, expensive and complicated. Sometimes taking months or even years of formulation.
